Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 minutes of dictation with every feature, and no account or card is needed. When the minutes run out, choose a plan to keep going.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Manage billing in the app. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I use my plan on another computer?
After checkout you get a license key. Paste it under Your plan in the app on any browser or computer you use.
Do you offer discounts?
Students and people with disabilities get 25% off any plan. Email robbyjsocials@gmail.com and we'll send you a code to enter at checkout.
What payment methods do you take?
Card payments through Stripe, plus whatever wallets Stripe offers in your country, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see your card number.
Do you offer refunds?
If it isn't working for you, email us within 14 days of paying and we'll refund you.
